The Exhibition "Onde a Terra acaba e o Corpo começa"
The body - our body - is the outline of our actions. When we look at it we're aliens, lost in the stratosphere on their way home. Where can we find the arms with which we hold? What hand do we extend to somebody else's reach? With which feet do we dance at the dawn of april and which voice do we borrow to the heritage we decided to leave to those who follow? If thought goes quiet and the body speaks, what secrets will it tell of our own survival?

About the Artist
With a degree in Cinema, Beatriz defines herself as a multidisciplinary artist. With a regular practice of dance and performative modes of expression, she specialized in directing, and operates in movie productions and cultural gatherings. Her photographical routine developed since early age in an independent way, focusing on documental and performative archives. The world around her, the mirror she aims to lift raw.

By Metro: We're situated a 5-minute walk from the Campo Pequeno metro (Yellow line) and a 10-minute walk from the Alameda metro (Green & Red lines).
By Bus: There are many convenient bus options 2 blocks away from us on Avenida República, with the closest stop to our store being Campo Pequeno-Av. Republica.
By Bike: If you're using the Gira public bicycles, there is a docking station right across the street (#431 - Rua do Arco Cego / Av. Magalhães Lima).
By Car: There is a paid parking lot across the street, between Rua Arco do Cego and Rua Dona Filipa de Vilhena. Street parking is also available around the neighborhood.
