Shipping & Returns

Ordering information: June/July 2024

Our physical store is currently under construction, so we can't hold physical stock for most items. This means processing and shipping times are slightly delayed. Here's how the system works: when you place an order on our site, it is forwarded to our European distributor. Every 24 hours, the previous day's orders are consolidated and shipped from our distributor to us. Transit time is 2-3 days. We then process and ship them to you. Total time from you placing the order to delivery at your address should be c.5 business days. This is a temporary system until our bookstore is open, after which point we will prioritize shipping in-stock orders. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Shipping 

We offer express 2-day shipping to Portugal and Spain via DPD or CTT. However, it may take 2 - 4 days to receive your order from our distributor. Currently, we do not ship outside of the EU/EEA.

Return Policy

If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us before returning the item.

You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. Products must be in "Like New," unused/unworn condition, with all original labels and tags attached.

Unless arrangements are made with us, you must cover the cost of the return.
