Quinta de Sant’Ana, in Gradil, Mafra, is a historic estate dating back to 1633, where the vineyard, nature, and family life are all part of the same story. It was here that Ann and James Frost found the ideal setting for a project that blends different cultures with a deep connection to the land.
Influenced by the proximity of the Atlantic and the climate of the Lisbon region, the vineyards produce wines that combine freshness, balance, and character. The estate works with both Portuguese and international grape varieties, seeking to express the identity of the terroir through meticulous vineyard work and minimal intervention in the winery.
More than just a wine-producing estate, Sant’Ana is a constantly evolving project where tradition, experimentation, and hospitality coexist naturally. It invites visitors to discover a region near Lisbon with a distinct identity of its own.

Tickets
Space is limited, so please reserve your spot! Tickets include a guided tasting plus snacks. Additional wines will be available to purchase by glass or bottle.

How To Find Us
By Metro: We're situated a 5-minute walk from the Campo Pequeno metro (Yellow line) and a 10-minute walk from the Alameda metro (Green & Red lines).
By Bus: There are many convenient bus options 2 blocks away from us on Avenida República, with the closest stop to our store being Campo Pequeno-Av. Republica.
By Bike: If you're using the Gira public bicycles, there is a docking station right across the street (#431 - Rua do Arco Cego / Av. Magalhães Lima).
By Car: There is a paid parking lot across the street, between Rua Arco do Cego and Rua Dona Filipa de Vilhena. Street parking is also available around the neighborhood.
