In this book cover workshop, you will join us for a cozy and creative moment where you’ll design your own reusable book cover. Perfect for book lovers and anyone who enjoys hands-on creativity, this experience invites you to slow down and create something truly personal.
What to expect from this event
You’ll make a fabric cover that can be used again and again. Whether as a book cover or a journal cover.
To make it even more special, you’ll also receive a small notebook, perfect for jotting down notes, reflections, or thoughts about what you’re reading. It’s a lovely way to combine both, protecting your book while keeping a space for your ideas.
All materials are provided, along with guidance throughout the session, so you can relax and enjoy the process from start to finish.
About your hostess
Rita is the founder of @MarsClub.Lx, a project that connects strangers through travel experiences and events in Lisbon. Its purpose is to stay curious, creative, and together. She will be guiding this workshop. Rita studied arts and creativity has been part of her life since she was a child, and the more she grows, the more connected she feels to it. She believes that everything you might want to buy becomes more meaningful when you take the time to create it yourself.

By Bus: There are many convenient bus options 2 blocks away from us on Avenida República, with the closest stop to our store being Campo Pequeno-Av. Republica.
By Bike: If you're using the Gira public bicycles, there is a docking station right across the street (#431 - Rua do Arco Cego / Av. Magalhães Lima).
By Car: There is a paid parking lot across the street, between Rua Arco do Cego and Rua Dona Filipa de Vilhena. Street parking is also available around the neighborhood.
