About the Artist
"A lifelong solicitant of old wisdoms, Ahana is enchanted by things unknowable. If the world leans toward conclusion, she seeks a counterweight, digging her heels deep into a love of mystery, knowing well the exhaustion of always pursuing an answer.
Born in the UK, with roots in Portugal and Punjab, Ahana’s work draws from a confluence of cultural, musical, and poetic traditions. Her debut album, Soma, offers a first glimpse into this dialogue.
Recorded across Portugal and the UK in collaboration with producer Diogo Sarabando (aka himalion), the project attempts to un-tell a stagnant story, dismantling a long-held dismissal of the body and the material world. At its heart, it wonders: could the soma be the soul?
She doesn’t claim to know. But if Ahana is certain of anything, it is the soft might of a tender body, of a form fully felt; that the suppler heart is more porous to change; and that change is one of the very great magics"
Tickets
Our shows often sell out so we strongly suggest purchasing tickets online beforehand. However, if we are not sold out, tickets will also be available at the door. Chairs are first come, first serve but we also have plenty of standing and floor seating space available.

How To Find Us
By Metro: We're situated a 5-minute walk from the Campo Pequeno metro (Yellow line) and a 10-minute walk from the Alameda metro (Green & Red lines).
By Bus: There are many convenient bus options 2 blocks away from us on Avenida República, with the closest stop to our store being Campo Pequeno-Av. Republica.
By Bike: If you're using the Gira public bicycles, there is a docking station right across the street (#431 - Rua do Arco Cego / Av. Magalhães Lima).
By Car: There is a paid parking lot across the street, between Rua Arco do Cego and Rua Dona Filipa de Vilhena. Street parking is also available around the neighborhood.
