Join us for an evening of improvised melodies and musical conversations at Good Company Bookstore!
After years of travelling, performing and absorbing the music of the world, Frenchman Paul-Énéour Yvon and Chinese musician Jianan Hua crossed paths on the streets of the Portuguese capital. Each brought with them landscapes, stories and influences gathered over thousands of kilometres. Through improvised melodies and musical conversations, they discovered a common language that transcends borders and words.
Together, they create music without a passport. Their compositions travel across continents, blending influences from China and Japan with West African rhythms, Middle Eastern melodies and echoes of the Andean mountains.
