About The Exhibition

In this exhibition, she presents two distinct but complementary groups of work: the Majorelle series and the Landscapes series. Both are born from contemplation - of real, interior places - and from a deep desire to capture the light, vibration and silence of the natural world.

The Majorelle series is an almost monochromatic experiment around Majorelle blue - a dense, vibrant color. The works are made on carved paper, in a process that involves both subtraction and revelation: matter is removed to make way for form, texture, and shadow. These paintings are almost bas-reliefs - mental landscapes that emerge from the depth of color and repeated gesture. Here, absence becomes presence, and blue transforms into an emotional space.

The Landscapes, on the other hand, arise from a more intimate and silent practice. Pastel invites slowness and detail, direct contact with the paper, almost as if it were a sculpture in dust and color. These are landscapes that are often dreamed of, other times observed, that seek to evoke states of mind - places where time slows down and presence takes hold.

Both series share a common quest: to translate into images what cannot be contained in words. They are affective maps, windows to the inside and outside, records of a gaze that searches, listens, and, above all, feels.
